Het eerste wat handig is om te weten is dat je in Frankrijk een huis koopt inclusief de spullen die de vorige eigenaar niet mee verhuisd&#8230;.. (tja&#8230;..) Deze spullen &#8220;neem je over&#8221; en worden van de aankoopsom afgetrokken, een belasting truukje.
